Mitä työystävyys tarkoittaa?
Työystävyys ei tarkoita sitä, että kaikkien pitäisi olla parhaita ystäviä. Se tarkoittaa sitä, että kohtelemme toisiamme arvostavasti ja välitämme toisistamme työpäivän aikana.
Joskus työystävyys on hymy aamulla. Joskus se on kiitos hyvin tehdystä työstä. Toisinaan se on kysymys: ”Tarvitsetko apua?”
Pienet teot voivat tuntua arkisilta, mutta niiden vaikutus on suuri. Ne rakentavat luottamusta, lisäävät turvallisuuden tunnetta ja tekevät työpäivästä paremman meille kaikille.
Wincleanilla olemme yhtä tiimiä
Puhtausala on tiimityötä. Vaikka työskentelisimme eri kohteissa tai eri vuoroissa, olemme osa samaa joukkuetta. Jokainen meistä vaikuttaa omalla toiminnallaan siihen, millainen ilmapiiri työpaikalla on.
Moni meistä työskentelee myös yksin omassa kohteessaan. Silloinkaan kukaan ei ole yksin. Oma esihenkilö, työyhteisö ja koko Wincleanin tiimi ovat tukenasi aina, kun tarvitset neuvoa, apua tai vain jonkun, jonka kanssa vaihtaa ajatuksia.
Erilaisuus on vahvuutemme
Työyhteisössämme työskentelee ihmisiä monista eri kulttuureista ja erilaisilla taustoilla. Se on meille vahvuus. Kun kohtaamme toisemme arvostavasti, pienetkin teot, kuten tervehdys, hymy, kiitos tai auttamisen ele, vahvistavat luottamusta ja yhteenkuuluvuuden tunnetta.
Pidetään huolta toisistamme
Työystävyys näkyy myös siinä, että välitämme toisistamme. Kerromme, jos huomaamme turvallisuusriskin, autamme toista onnistumaan ja uskallamme jakaa omia havaintojamme sekä parannusehdotuksiamme.
Kun tuemme toisiamme, työ sujuu paremmin ja se näkyy myös asiakkaalle. Ystävällinen kohtaaminen, huolellisesti tehty työ ja halu auttaa rakentavat luottamusta joka päivä.
